It’s a chilly, rainy day here at the homestead to welcome the Autumnal Equinox otherwise known as Mabon to my Wiccan friends. As I sit here, I keep hearing in my mind “it’s the most wonderful time of the year” because to me…it is! Autumn is my favorite (even though there are no more relaxing pool days in my near future)…bring on the colorful leaves, the cool evenings and chilly, frosty mornings, apple orchards, apple cider (spiked with Fireball), chili soup…the list is endless!
I am presently trying to get beyond the disappointment of having to cancel my New Orleans book signing trip, which was to have been a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughter. I kept one of the vacation days though, and going for a long weekend to Amish country in Ohio. It’s a way to appease my travel bug AND go check out all the autumn foods, crafts, and countryside. Check back next time for details of my trip!
My new release is up for pre-order at $1.99…if you like sexy, erotic, vampire thrillers…you will love Xavier LeBlanc! What better way to head into Halloween/Samhain than with a good vampire tale? Or, if you prefer the magick of witches…next month I’m giving away a copy of Blessed Be to anyone who subscribes to my blog.
I am making this one short and sweet…as in pumpkin donut and caramel apple sweet…Happy fall to y’all and don’t forget to enjoy that harvest moon tonight!!
